- Every statistic on this site — dismissal rates, conviction counts, case durations, sentencing patterns — is computed directly from official court disposition data. Nothing is estimated or modeled.
- Interpretive summaries on charge and officer pages are AI-assisted and always grounded in the underlying court records. Every number you see on a page is verified against the source data.
- Data covers and is updated as new records are published
- Pages with fewer than 10 cases are excluded from search indexing to prevent misleading statistics
- Our full methodology is documented on our methodology page
